Relaxation & Meditation Spring Semester Weekly Drop-In Group
Meets THREE times a week: 3-4pm on Mondays & Thursdays, and Tuesdays 6-7pm in Whitlock Bldg Room 568
Experience various types of relaxation and meditation techniques to help calm and relax the mind and body. No experience necessary to participate. Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are provided. This is drop-in group is open to all students, faculty, and staff. Please arrive at Whitlock Room 586 to sign-in 10 minutes prior to group start time due to limited spaces available. NO appointment required!
