The Counseling Center provides outreach services that help educate and develop the campus community. Along with offering both individual and group counseling, the Counseling Center also offers outreach programs that help inform students, faculty, and staff on a variety of outreach topics, including but not limited to:

  • Stress Management
  • Test Anxiety
  • Meditation and Relaxation Techniques
  • Services Offered by the Counseling Center
  • Crisis Management (working with the distressed student)
  • Substance Use Related Issues
Additional outreach topics are available upon request
If you have a request for an outreach presentation or program, please complete the following online request form:
•EKUCC Outreach Request Form

We recommend that you make outreach requests as far in advance as possible (we recommend minimum of 2 weeks notice). We cannot guarentee that requests made with little advanced notice will be completed, but we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your scheduled presenter should become sick or unavailable the day of the presentation, we will contact you to reschedule your presentation for another date at your convenience.  Please see our Events page for outreaches and/or workshops that the Counseling Center is offering for the university community.
